I’ve always loved writing with fountain pens, “collected” mostly Lamy Safaris and AL-Stars and mainly used standard inks. There were a few stationery shops around and my ink (bottle) “exploration” started with De Atramentis, Lamy and Pelikan inks. Then came a pandemic and I ventured deeper into all things fountain pens and fountain pen inks and paper. I now have way more inks than fountain pens, because most of the fountain pens out there are in-your-face colorful and I’m more attracted/attached to muted colors - except for Lamy Safaris and AL-Stars. I live and love to put all kinds of colorful inks into my pens!

For now I want to enjoy the fountain pens and inks that I have and explore their properties.

Did you know that you can compare the inks listed here with your own (i.e. only show those that the other owns that you don't) if you create an account on the site and enter your inks? You can sign up here.
