North Carolina (Tar Heel) was released in 2021 as part of ColorVerse’s USA Special Series along with New York, Arizona, Virginia, California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Texas, and New Jersey. The ink is a soft, muted shade of blue. It has some shading, but no sheen. It is sold in 15ml teardrop-shaped glass bottles.
