Sailor Manyo Chigaya is from the Manyoshu collection of inks, sold in square 50 ml glass bottles. It is a black ink, very saturated, with little or no shading, and sheen which can go from low to quite evident, depending on paper and amount of ink. According to one reviewer, the sheen takes on silver and gold hues on Tomoe Paper.
