History for Monteverde Documental Permanent Ink Blue

Monteverde Documental Permanent Ink Blue comes in a 30 ml bottle with metal cap. It is a deeply blue, wet ink with some shading, and good edging or even a bit of sheen, depending on paper. Drying times depends on the paper, with up to around 30 seconds on Rhodia. It has good water resistance, appears to hold its own agains sunlight, but it can be found to smear even after years (again depending on paper). It appears to work better on cheaper paper where it can soak into it.
