Highlighter Yellow is a bright fluorescent yellow available in cartridges designed for the Kaweco Ice Sport fountain pen (1.9 mm nib) in the matching highlighter yellow colorway. It can be used in any compatible pen though!
Claims that it does not smudge pencil, ballpoint ink, laserjet ink, or inkjet ink. It also does not smudge most water-based (fountain pen inks!) or gel inks when those inks are fully dry.
