De Atramentis Document Red is a pigment-based slightly pale red that is billed as forgery-proof. It is waterproof and rather opaque, but some reviewers find the colour to be lackluster and pale on many papers. One reviewer found the colour vibrant on the usually "worst" paper. The ink is sold in round 45 ml bottles.
