My name is Gregory Short and I discuss fountain pens, ink, and stationery on my YouTube channel, Pensane. I use fountain pens mostly for journaling, planning, coffee journal, tea journal, and my commonplace book. I would like to write more letters, but my penmanship is a bit “unorthodox”–i.e. a bit sloppy. But I’m told it’s very legible! My favorite brands include TWSBI, Monteverde, Ranga, and Jinhao. I usually have too many pens inked up–15 or more. I “exercise” them all to keep them from drying out.
