I’m using what I have and rearranged and reduced the information on the page. This way I can still work on the right side while the swatch is drying on the left. I’m still playing around with the nibs I’m using and the words I’m writing.
I’m in love and have been cataloging three inks since I started three days ago. This is exactly what I wanted when I started this journal.
Now: Little Robinia by @ferriswheelpress is a very light magenta leaning purple with interesting blue shading. I challenged myself to use it knowing that it might be quite illegible. It surprised me in my white 68gsm Tomoe River journal with dot grid. But everywhere else it didn’t work for me. So I used the last drops that were in the sample for some inky ephemera that I’ll share with friends. Lots of fun was had.
