Made in Taiwan. Most notable for their pigmented ink lines. While the Neon have slightly suboptimal performance, the Gemstone and Nostalgia lines perform wetter and offer levels of water resistance. There's a concentration toward iterative murky inks so a conservative buyer might want to go with an "every other" approach. The non-pigmented Island line offers good performance all around with varied, interesting colors
